Wong Woo-dip (Maggie Siu) is a script writer and has just divorced and lost her job. She takes a knife and goes to the seafront to commit suicide. A couple walking past think she wants to rob them. They immediately give all their belongings to her and run away. The next day Dip and her friend Kuen (Teresa Mo) go to the couple's home to return the stuff. However, they run into a murder scene, Dip and Kuen are so terrified. Dip shows a bit of her creativity by leaving a note that will lead the police to look for a legendary figure called Black Rose. But Kuen touches the doorknob and leaves her fingerprints...
